Gets or Sets if encoding should use an async queue (i.e. the BASS_ENCODE_QUEUE flag).

Remarks
With this option you might enable queueing of sample data and feeding it to the encoder asynchronously in another thread, so that any update thread isn't delayed by the encoding.

This might be usefull when encoding a playback stream or a recording stream which is feeding playback.
